A house tour (sorry about the mess, indeed).

I filmed a little house tour this morning (Actually, it’s not little, it’s really long. Sorry!) I go on quite a bit about my house, but I realised that it’s hard to get a feel for the place in a blog post. This video does a far better job of depicting our home environment.

It is messy, and it is very cluttered, and there’s nothing I’m particularly proud of about this house at the moment. We haven’t injected a lot of any cash into our home decor. When we first moved in, it wasn’t possible. And now, it’s just not a priority.

One day, we will have a house where we have picked out the curtains, carpets and furnishings. One day, we will bother to declutter our house, permanently. But for now, we are busy growing businesses and children, and are happy to live with the home-life chaos created by this.

You’ve truly spoiled us with siblin photos this month Chloe! It’s a total revelation when the younger one sits up, isn’t it? A whole new world opens up for everyone. I absolutely ADORE the trolley photos, I remember it being such an exciting milestone when my two first sat in the trolley together, they couldn’t take their eyes off each other. x

I just couldn’t choose between the photos. They were very much like that in the trolley, I soon gave up on the idea of getting a shot where they were both looking at the camera, as Rory was just so enthralled at everything going on around him.

Go to the Apartment therapy website – they have tons of amazing ideas for small spaces especially bathrooms. Cute tour and even cuter babies.

Thanks, I will take a look (although it’s going to want to make me spend money, right??)
