As the end of May approaches, I have a few things on my mind. Firstly, Sam’s quarter-of-a-century birthday is coming up and I need to remind Arlo to get him a present.
I do a very good impression of fitting in with the mums at the baby groups Arlo and I frequent. The changes we have made over the past year are typical of a young family.
During my pregnancy I scoured the internet for first hand accounts, and thereby deduced that the 12 week scan was the big moment when you feel a connection with your baby – a rush of love.
Yesterday was a huge day.
Arlo fell asleep in his rocker chair. This has never happened before. I always have to take him for a walk for his naps.
Note: After a very detailed comment on this post, it has come to my attention that what I have written could be seen as insensitive.
You are seven months old. I last wrote you in your Christmas card. I like to write you these letters every now and then so that I remember.
You are such a fun little boy these days.
Arlo is now seven months old and we started the weaning process the day after he turned six months. Arlo’s eating has progressed so much over the past month.
